Rebels attack PAKISTANI ARMY CAMP at Mohmand tribal region bordering Afghanistan.


The army said in a statement that 14 soldiers were wounded in the suicide attack, claimed by a faction of the Rebel Group , Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, on Ghalani Camp in the Mohmand tribal region bordering Afghanistan.
Pakistan's army on Saturday said that a mosque was targeted at an army facility in northwest Pakistan, resulting in a shootout in which four of the rebels and two PAK soldiers died.
The army said in a statement that 14 soldiers were wounded in the suicide attack, claimed by the rebel group Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, on Ghalani Camp in the Mohmand tribal region bordering Afghanistan.
It said the rebels wanted to enter the camp and started shooting after they reached the mosque, where residents and a large number of recruits were present.

Indian Army Will Soon Have NBC Protection Suits To Counter Pakistan’s Tactical Nuclear Weapon

Keeping an eye on Pakistan’s nuclear tipped non-strategic battle-field missile, India will soon acquire 1500 advanced Nuclear Biological and Chemical (NBC) protection suits for its Armoured Personnel Carriers (APC). An APC – carrying about 10 fully armed soldiers- is an offensive platform. It is used to carry troops in and to the battlefront. India has over 36 Mechanized Infantry  Regiments and has nearly 1800 APC. The acquisition will cost the exchequer Rs 1265 crore. Pakistan on Tuesday announced first successful test firing of its new surface-to-surface, nuclear-capable missile Ababeel, with a range of 2,200km.
